Associate Trainer (Ramp & Baggage Services)

 

Summary

The Associate Trainer, Ramp & Baggage Services will be responsible for all coordination and conduct of functional training programs, management of standards and procedures for Ramp & Baggage Services department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, organise, and maintain training programs/ materials
  • Conduct Training needs analysis and identify soft skills developmental programs for staff to improve performance
  • Evaluate department training programs and oversee evaluations or surveys
  • Align training program with Head Office or adapt Head Office training content for local usage
  • Monitor industry, training trends and recommend new teaching/ learning methods
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory training requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry experience, with a demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations and customer service with an airline, airport, or ground handling company
  • Minimum 2 years in training or leadership role
  • ACTA certification or equivalent
