Project Manager Position Overview:  At dnata we take pride in leading the aviation industry through optimisation and innovation, and a key enabler to maintaining this position is an effective project management. Therefore, we are searching for an enterprising Project Manager who shares our determination to deliver our vision of being the worlds most admired air and travel services provider. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the project manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • To oversee and/or lead multiple initiatives simultaneously through all four project management phases (planning, build-up, implementation, and closeout, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Develop project assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Meeting with stakeholders, senior leadership to discuss project status and goals
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
  • Pro-actively manage and resolve project challenges, time slippage, scope creep, quality issues, and people
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and goals; whilst holding project team members accountable to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Understand and adhere to dnata policies, governance, and legal guidelines, ensuring given projects are in full compliance; to protect and maintain shareholder / brand value
  • Carry out additional duties as may be reasonably requested by the leadership team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience and/or relevant professional qualification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma)
  • Advanced​ ​​project control system skills​; including a high competency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task including expert and seamless time management skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Outstanding influencing skills and a proven ability to deal at all levels within a global business, combined with a sound knowledge of effective stakeholder management best practice and managing expectations
  • Strategic mindset to be able to align the projects with dnata’s broader strategic objectives, understanding big picture and long-term goals.

IT Manager Duties and Responsibilities • Lead the management and transformation of Azure cloud systems and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and alignment with dnata’s strategic objectives. • Oversee administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune (MDM/MAM), ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable service delivery. • Plan and implement system upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives, with a strong focus on automation, cost-effectiveness, and improved performance. • Deploy and manage secure communication and mobility solutions essential for operational teams, ensuring these systems are reliable, efficient, and well-integrated. • Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with infrastructure components, supporting critical operational functions such as Ground Operations, Cargo, Catering, HR, Finance, and Safety. • Manage IT systems and infrastructure projects, balancing scope, schedule, resources, and costs to deliver on time and in line with business requirements. • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring service delivery to meet SLAs. • Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure systems and infrastructure align with dnata’s security policies, operational standards, and best practices. • Prioritize and drive efforts to optimize systems performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering measurable value. • Provide clear, consistent communication and support to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring business and operational needs are met effectively. • Monitor system and infrastructure performance, proactively managing risks, incidents, and capacity to ensure continuous service availability. • Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems architecture, configurations, and processes, ensuring adherence to change management and ITIL best practices. • Enforce compliance with dnata’s safety, security, and health policies. • Lead root-cause analysis and problem management to reduce downtime and repeat incidents. • Assist in managing the IT systems and infrastructure operating budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control. • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring systems remain resilient and prepared for disruptions. • Utilize monitoring tools to maintain visibility and ensure rapid incident response. • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of technical staff (in-house and vendor-managed) to deliver high-quality IT systems and infrastructure support. • Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining compliance with relevant requirements. Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications preferred (Azure Admin/Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365, CISSP/Security+, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2).
  • 10–12+ years’ experience managing Azure cloud and on-premises environments, including networking, security, monitoring, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Proven administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune in production, with strong optimization and secure mobility solutions deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead system modernization, integration (ERP, Oracle), automation, and cost-optimization projects, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Solid knowledge of IT security tools and practices (e.g., Zscaler, Microsoft Defender) as part of secure systems design and operations.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including contract negotiation, service monitoring, and relationship building.
  • Advanced project management skills with planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and delivery across operational or safety-critical environments (aviation, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive, disciplined, customer-first approach aligned to dnata’s safety and service values.
Safety Executive Summary The Safety Executive supports the Safety Team in the day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Assistant Safety Manager, he/she will collaborate with various internal departments and external service providers. This role is responsible for assisting in the implementation and integration of the Safety Management System (SMS) throughout the organization, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Fire Safety Act, and applicable airport safety standards. Duties and responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with aviation safety regulations
  • Perform regular safety inspections on ground handling operations, equipment, and facilities to assess safety performance, identify areas of improvement
  • Conduct and assist in preparing for internal and external audits
  • Ensure adherence to the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Fire Safety Act, and airport authority regulations
  • Investigate ground incidents, near misses, and workplace accidents; support root cause analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Participate in hazard identification activities and conduct Risk Assessments (RA) for various ground operations
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating safety induction, refresher training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns for staff and contractors
  • Ensure all safety-related records, including SOPs, RA, training records, and audit findings, are properly documented and accessible
  • Support communication and coordination with CAAS, Changi Airport Group (CAG), SCDF, SPF and other relevant authorities on safety matters
  • Encourage proactive reporting, conduct STOP observations, and support continuous safety improvements
  • Support in review processes and workflows to improve operational effectiveness and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure respective departments submit their incident report promptly
  • Conduct safety orientation to new employees and contractors before work commencement and support department’s assigned role in company’s Crisis Management Plan
  • Assist in conducting monthly safety promotion activities annually to educate and remind staff on safety
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Aviation, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in workplace safety, preferably in the aviation or ground handling industry
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISAGO and with experience in safety audits
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Fire Safety Act, and airport operational safety requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills (e.g., pivot tables, charts, formulas)
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for creating dashboards and visualizing safety data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Video editing skills (e.g., for safety training materials or briefings) will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in airport/airside environments
