HR Associate

Summary

The incumbent’s primary role is to support HRBPs and HR managers in various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR program implementation. The incumbent will assist in maintaining employee records, conducting research, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities within dnata. The incumbent plays a crucial role in helping HRBPs align HR strategies with business goals and support the overall success of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be a role model for dnata’s values: safety and security, performance driven, delighting customers, imagination, respect and service excellence.
  • Ensure safe and secure operations in all aspects.
  • First-tier support to HRBP on administrative tasks handling.
  • Manage Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters such as work permit, work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
  • Assist on the all the administrative duties for industrial accident / work injury cases
  • Assist the HRBP and Talent Acquisition team in execution of projects and initiative (e.g. Employee Engagement, Manpower Report)
  • Assist HRBP in report such as MPR, WPOL & EPOL charges and Recruitment Cost
  • Support the HRBP and Talent Acquisition team in any other ad-hoc duties
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of company events, such as employee engagements, employee recognition occasions and other social events.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
  • Prepare HR reports as and when required.

Requirements

  • Effective team player with a positive attitude
  • Organized and meticulous in documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in using SAP will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Act)
