L&D Associate

The L&D Associate is to contribute to setting a new standard of excellence that ensures the delivery of world class digital learning solutions for dnata to meet the needs of the organization and the employee of the future. Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, develop and implement a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
- Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders across organization to fully understand business learning and development requirements.
- Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
- Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other learning experience solutions, in alignment with the dnata digital strategy.
- Leverage subject matter experts across the organization to ensure a high quality of digital learning content.
- Work with the Learning Specialist (Learning Management) to ensure the accessibility and smooth running of digital learning solutions.
- Engage with vendors and partner providers (where required) to design, develop and deliver innovative learning and development tools in alignment with business needs.
- Maintain a level of subject matter expertise and constantly scan the digital learning landscape for emerging tool and techniques.
- Create and maintain process, technical, project or other related documentations, as may be required, to support development, project management and training.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external training providers in the design, development, and delivery of the digital learning solutions.
- Digitize learning content & modules, introduce technology-related solutions to maximize scale of learning at appropriate cost investments.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Education, Adult Education, Learning and Development and/or multimedia training materials development.
- Min 2 years progressive experience in a digital learning development role is essential.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results.
- Strong in relationship management and engagement
- Digitally literate and an advocate for the digital transformation of the employee experience.
