Maintenance Supervisor (Automotive)
Summary
The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible in planning, supervising, co-ordinates repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure high equipment availability and reliability with safety and optimum cost.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, co-ordinates, and execution on with servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance to comply with safety to ensure minimum downtime
- Recommend overhaul of equipment to ensure no disruption to operations, best rectification proposal
- Provide supervision to supervisor/ Maintenance Technician
- Ensures troubleshooting, rectification, and re-activation of equipment to avoid delays and downtime during breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures
- Ensures safety policies, practices and good housekeeping are enforced
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic
- Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic & Pneumatic
- Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
