Senior Commercial Executive
Summary
The Commercial Executive/ Senior Executive is responsible to maintain, expand and enhance commercial engagement with clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industry. Develop strong clients’ relationship and brand management of the company.
Reporting to Head of Commercial, he/she will work closely with the operation teams in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake market research and competitive analysis of industry; collect key operational data and assess performance and growth
- To work cross-organisationally to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers
- Identification, establishment of contacts with potential customers while managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Management and development of customers’ contact database, including but not limited to salesforce
- Drafting of SGHA contracts, for scheduled and unscheduled airlines, including but not limited to quotation for ad hoc flights, and any other adhoc services
- Manage internal and external communication and publication
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/ sales experience
- Minimum understanding of drafting commercial contract
- Preferred in Aviation or Aerospace industries
- Preferred some working experiences in key account management and events management
