Store Co-ordinator (Building Management)
Summary
The Coordinator (Main Store) is responsible in assisting the supervisor to pick and pack the stores according to the quantities required by the end user, conduct stock taking and receiving of goods into the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify attendance sheet in the absence of the supervisor.
- Liaise with the various sections on their requirements.
- Process Store Requisitions (SR).
- Check quantity, acceptance of stock and correct method of storage.
- Transport ordered goods to users.
- Raise Purchase Requisition in the absence of the supervisor.
- Update stock transactions.
- Verify physical stock balance against stock record.
- Ensure safe custody and protection of stock.
- Ensure correct procedure for stock rotation is adhered to.
- Check and ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping practice is maintained in the section.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Minimum N or O level / ITE
- Physically fit to carry heavy load
- Familiar with warehouse tools and operations
